  • All-purpose flour, for rolling
  • 1(8-12 oz) round brie cheese, trimmed – 5-7″ diameter
  • 4-6 TB F+F Cherry Balsamic Preserves
  • 1 large egg, beaten

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Dust a work surface and your rolling pin. Unwrap 1 sheet of puff pastry and roll it to roughly 11″ square
  3. Place dough into Stoneware Brie Baker, add brie and spread 2TB Cherry Balsamic Preserves on top.
  4. Cover and press dough to the baking dish and its ends together.
  5. Beat the egg and brush the pastry all over with the egg, be sure to get sides and around folds. Try not to let the egg puddle under brie.
  6. Bake until the pastry is deep golden-brown, 35-40 minutes.
